Most audits tell you what's wrong and stop there. This one goes further: I review your current workflows and tools, identify your biggest bottlenecks and founder-dependencies, then actually build or fix the 2-3 things that matter most.

At the end, you also get a short roadmap covering anything bigger that's worth tackling next, whether that's on your own, with your team, or through ongoing Operations Management.

  • One CRM or lead-tracking structure, using your existing tool
  • One reporting dashboard, built from data sources you already have

Not included

  • Multi-tool integrations or custom development
  • Training your team across multiple sessions
  • Ongoing execution or maintenance
  • Large-scale data migrations

Anything bigger than standard scope gets quoted separately or roadmapped into ongoing Operations Management, never absorbed quietly into the Audit.

The standard Audit covers a team of roughly 2-10 people with typical complexity. If your business is clearly beyond that, I'll quote a custom price rather than stretch the standard scope to fit.
