About Me

Hi, I'm Lynn — I handle the operational side of online programs.

I'm a Launch and Operations Specialist working with course creators, coding bootcamps and online education businesses.

I've spent the past few years working behind the scenes of online programs, helping teams stay organized, hit their launch deadlines and keep day to day operations from falling apart.

Right now I support a coding bootcamp full time where I oversee launches, manage workflows across teams, build internal processes and make sure the backend runs the way it's supposed to.

My approach is pretty straightforward. I look at what's actually breaking or slowing things down, figure out what needs a proper system versus what just needs someone to own it, and get it sorted. No overcomplicating things.
